YTRRC 5k 2020 Race 4 (CANCELLED)

In light of the announcement today of schools closing for the foreseeable future And the news of no socialising etc in large groups I've unfortunately decided to cancel the first race in the Yeovilton 5k series. There are currently only 10 entries so far, 5 of which are series entries. I will ask full on sport to refund the series entry people and any other refunds that are requested, just contact me. I will update you nearer the second race as to what decision I've made but for now it may be better to save entering online once I've confirmed nearer each race. Please can you pass this information on to anyone that you know will be interested. Thanks and apologies again and any questions please let me know
This year we will be reverting back to the Original Flat 5K Course as we have been assured that the road works will be completed by March. This course is suitable for Wheelchairs, so we welcome back our wheelchair entries, please pass this information on for anyone interested. See website for a map of the course at www.yeoviltownrrc.com Refreshments available before and after at Race HQ. Water at the Finish line. Races held on the second Wednesday of each month, starting at 7.15 pm on each occasion Prizes for the usual age categories plus £50 each for the fastest man and fastest lady of the 2020 series. Memento for all runners completing at least five of the six races as part of the YTRRC 5k series????. There will be a Fun Run at each of the races

The costs for entering at the event [i.e. Not Online] are: £8.00 Affiliated or £10.00 Unaffiliated
Limited changing and shower facilities
No specific facilities for baggage
Competitors must be 11 or over on the day of the race.
No MP3 players or personal headphones will be allowed – anyone found wearing them during the race will be disqualified
Car parking at Nuffield Centre which is opposite the Fleet Air Arm Museum, follow signs for the Nuffield Pavilion
